Sales Manager, Stripe Crypto Existing Business

About the role

Lead and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for growing and retaining scaled and mid-market Stripe Crypto customers, including performance against revenue, payment volume, adoption, cross-selling, and renewal targets. Shape the existing-business sales strategy, partner across teams to improve customer experience, and engage strategic accounts and senior stakeholders to build lasting partnerships. Requires at least 6 years of relevant sales experience, including 2 years leading quota-carrying sales professionals, with a proven record of growing and retaining existing customers and developing high-performing teams. Candidates should have executive presence, strong senior-customer relationship skills, and the ability to translate technical products into business outcomes; the role requires working from the South San Francisco or New York City office.
