About the role
The OTC Sales Manager is responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, focusing on lead generation and onboarding institutional clients. They will structure large-volume stablecoin trades and act as a liaison between clients and internal trading and compliance teams. Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in institutional sales or OTC trading with a deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics and multi-chain dynamics. An existing network of institutional crypto participants and a strong grasp of global AML/KYC requirements are highly preferred.
