Sales Manager, Stripe Crypto Existing Business

About the role

Lead and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for growing and retaining scaled and mid-market Stripe Crypto customers, including through payment volume expansion, cross-selling, product adoption, and renewals. Shape the existing-business sales strategy, engage strategic accounts, and collaborate across teams to improve customer experience and bring customer feedback into product decisions. Requires at least 6 years of relevant sales experience, including 2 or more years leading quota-carrying sales professionals, with a proven record of growing and retaining existing customers. Candidates should be able to build high-performing teams, engage senior customer stakeholders, and translate technical products into business outcomes; relevant current Stripe Product Sales AEs must have been in their role for at least 24 months.
