About the role

Own the partnership pipeline end to end, from identifying and pitching prospective partners through commercial negotiations, deal closure, onboarding, integration, and launch. Coordinate internal teams and senior partner stakeholders to deliver partnership projects, monitor market opportunities, and improve partnership processes. Requires significant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, commercial strategy, or ecosystem development, with a proven record of independently closing and executing complex deals. Candidates should understand crypto and digital assets, APIs and integrations, local markets, and cross-functional collaboration, and be professionally fluent in English and Mandarin.
