About the role
The OTC Sales Manager is responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, focusing on acquiring institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals. They will structure large-volume stablecoin trades and act as a liaison between clients and internal trading and compliance teams. Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in institutional sales or OTC trading with a deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics and multi-chain dynamics. A strong existing network of institutional crypto participants and knowledge of global AML/KYC regulations are highly preferred.
