Sales Manager, Stripe Crypto Existing Business

About the role

Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives responsible for growing and retaining Stripe Crypto’s scaled and mid-market customers, and own performance against revenue, payment volume, adoption, cross-selling, and renewal targets. Shape the existing-business sales strategy, work directly with strategic accounts, and collaborate across teams to improve customer experience and bring customer feedback into product decisions. Requires at least 6 years of relevant sales experience, including 2 or more years leading quota-carrying sales professionals, with a proven record of growing and retaining existing accounts and developing high-performing teams. Candidates should be able to build senior customer relationships and translate technical products into business outcomes; the role also requires working from the South San Francisco or New York office.
