About the role
Grow Futures trading activity across Latin America by sourcing and managing KOLs, influencers, affiliates, and trading communities, and by structuring performance-based partnerships. Develop localized market strategies, optimize partner performance, and collaborate with internal teams on campaigns that generate registrations, deposits, active traders, and recurring trading volume. Requires at least two years of business development, partnerships, or affiliate/KOL management experience at a centralized crypto exchange, along with strong knowledge of Futures trading and an established LATAM industry network. Candidates must demonstrate measurable results in trader acquisition and trading volume, commercial negotiation skills, and Spanish fluency; Portuguese is an advantage.
