About the role
Source, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with institutional custodians, compliant crypto exchanges, and crypto card issuers, while managing partner relationships and onboarding. Oversee USDGO’s compliance coordination, risk assessment, minting and burning workflows, treasury requests, banking reconciliations, and day-to-day transaction operations. Requires at least three years of experience in crypto business development, institutional sales, or fintech/payments operations, plus relevant partner relationships and the ability to manage both commercial deals and detailed operational work. Candidates should understand compliant crypto frameworks, fiat on/off-ramps, and global stablecoin standards, particularly in APAC; professional English is required, while Korean, Thai, or Indonesian is a plus.
