About the role
Grow Ourbit’s futures business across Latin America by sourcing and managing KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, brokers, and other strategic partners. Develop and optimize partnerships and campaigns to acquire active traders, increase trading volume and revenue, meet KPIs, and coordinate regional initiatives with internal teams. Requires at least two years of business development, partnerships, or growth experience in crypto/Web3, with futures, derivatives, or exchange experience strongly preferred. Candidates should have a relevant LATAM network, understand CEX and derivatives products, demonstrate measurable growth results, and be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese with professional English proficiency.
