About the role
Serve as the daily contact for institutional clients, accurately capture and execute instructions, resolve payment issues, and help clients shift routine activity to portal and API channels. Coordinate with Account Managers, Operations, Technology, and Compliance while maintaining accurate records and following payment, pricing, and conduct controls. Requires 3–7 years of experience in a client-facing execution role such as sales trading, payments, FX, treasury operations, or digital-asset OTC, plus working knowledge of payment systems, cut-offs, stablecoin transfers, and custody wallets. Candidates should communicate clearly in English, work accurately under time pressure within maker-checker controls, and be willing to cover client time zones; Mandarin or Cantonese and Fireblocks experience are advantages.
