About the role
Identify and develop HNWI and institutional clients across Europe and the EEA, screen leads for regulatory compliance, and negotiate tailored trading rates and terms. Manage client relationships and onboarding, provide ongoing trading support and market insights, and represent the company at industry events. At least two years of OTC or cryptocurrency exchange sales experience is required, along with experience serving HNWI and institutional clients and a strong understanding of VASP compliance and lead screening. Candidates should have excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, be organized, and be willing to travel across Europe and the EEA; fluency in English is required.
