About the role
The OTC Sales Manager will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, institutional client onboarding, and structuring large-volume stablecoin trades. They will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including trading, compliance, and product departments, to ensure seamless execution. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks. A deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, specifically stablecoin mechanics and regulatory compliance, is required.
