Sales Manager, Stripe Crypto Existing Business

About the role

Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives responsible for growing and retaining Stripe Crypto’s scaled and mid-market customers, with accountability for revenue expansion, product adoption, payment volume, and renewals. Shape the existing-business sales strategy, engage strategic accounts, and collaborate across teams to improve customer experience and bring customer feedback into product decisions. Requires at least 6 years of relevant sales experience, 2 years leading quota-carrying sales professionals, and a proven record of growing and retaining existing accounts and developing high-performing teams. Candidates should have executive presence, strong senior-customer relationship skills, and the ability to translate technical products into business outcomes; current-role tenure and office requirements also apply to specified applicants.
