About the role
Lead and scale an OTC sales trading desk in Hong Kong, managing P&L and optimizing trading strategies for G7 and SEA currency pairs. Bridge traditional FX liquidity with emerging digital asset and stablecoin solutions while maintaining strong institutional client relationships. Requires 6 to 15 years of trading experience in FX or securities and an active SFC Type 1 license. Must be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese with proven experience in team leadership and G7 currency execution.
