Senior Business Development Manager / Lead - Institutional Finance / Crypto

About the role

Represent Ceffu with regulators and licensing authorities across global regions, and originate and close institutional business while owning client relationships from prospecting through ongoing engagement. Develop strategic ecosystem partnerships and provide product and leadership teams with structured market intelligence on client needs, competitors, and regulatory changes. Requires 6–10+ years of business development, institutional sales, or strategic partnerships experience in digital assets or financial services, including direct engagement with financial regulators across multiple jurisdictions and a record of closing complex institutional deals. Candidates should understand digital asset infrastructure, custody models, staking, CeFi/DeFi, and TradFi structured products, and bring a strong institutional, TradFi, or regulatory network.
