BD Lead/BD Manager (Crypto Merchant:Gaming, LiveStreaming, Ecommerce)

About the role

Acquire and onboard strategic merchants, platforms, and acquiring partners in gaming, live streaming, e-commerce, and digital entertainment, while structuring and closing commercially viable deals. Ensure signed partners activate and generate transaction volume by coordinating integrations and optimization with Product, Technology, Risk, and Operations teams. Requires 3–10+ years of business development, sales, or partnerships experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce, with a record of onboarding merchants or institutional partners; a relevant bachelor's degree is also required. Candidates should understand online acquiring and payment flows, be able to close complex deals and convert partnerships into transaction volume, and have experience delivering integrations across cross-functional teams.
