Web3 BD & Sales Head - Dubai

About the role

Lead the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and researching blockchain projects to pitching services and closing deals while meeting monthly sales targets. Build client relationships and partnerships, monitor market developments, and collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and offerings. Candidates need at least two years of Web3 sales experience and good knowledge of Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the software, IT, or consulting industries. They should have strong English communication and interpersonal skills, proven direct-sales ability, networking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
