About the role
The OTC Sales Manager will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, institutional client onboarding, and structuring large-volume stablecoin trades. They will act as a liaison between clients and internal trading, compliance, and product teams to ensure seamless execution. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in institutional sales or OTC trading desks and a deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics and multi-chain dynamics. A strong existing network of institutional crypto market participants and a compliance-first mindset are highly preferred.
