About the role

Own the partnership lifecycle from identifying and pitching prospective partners through negotiation, onboarding, integration, launch, and ongoing execution. Build senior partner relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and use market and ecosystem insights to identify opportunities and improve partnership processes. Requires significant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, commercial strategy, or ecosystem development, with a proven record of independently closing and executing complex deals. Candidates should understand crypto and blockchain, APIs and integrations, local markets, and cross-functional collaboration, and must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
