Senior Business Development & Solutions Manager – Capital Markets Trading

About the role

Advise institutional clients on integrating N3XT banking and settlement products into trading, treasury, and settlement workflows, including hands-on API onboarding and technical solution design. Lead institutional deal cycles and pilot programs, collaborate with client executives and technical teams, and translate client feedback into product requirements. Requires 5–8+ years of relevant commercial experience in capital markets, business development, technical account management, solutions engineering, prime brokerage, FX/OTC trading, or institutional digital assets. Candidates should be proficient with REST APIs, webhooks, workflow diagrams, trading and settlement mechanics, and institutional digital asset infrastructure, and be willing to travel approximately 50%.
